All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. Sally Wei has more than 12 years working experience in Talent and Organization Development (OD) in a multi-national, joint Chinese-foreign Company. She worked to create the Region China’s talent and OD system, and facilitated the Organization Capability change as Associate OD Director. In the past, Sally provided coaching, leadership & talent development, assessment, facilitation and training service for FMCG, Financial, IT, Pharmaceutical, Manufacture, Service industries.
From 20 years old，Sally has been on a journey of psychology (Satir Therapy & Canada Gestalt Relationship School) to support herself and others as a life system coach and therapist.
