A Three Day Master Class

This program focuses on YOU as a leader in terms of any sort of group facilitation, including personal growth workshops, professional development offerings, retreats, team building, strategic planning, etc.

This three-day program will be fun, funny, light, powerful, deep, magical and unforgettable. You will not be called out, shamed, criticized, judged or put on the spot to make sure you “get it.” Our style is to build on strengths, give you choices, and help you learn in the way that works best for you. (Note, this is not a Train the Trainer for our BEabove Neuroscience and Consciousness program.)

Program Content

What you can expect

We’ll work with both neuroscience and energy to help you realize your innate skills and gifts as a group facilitator, as well as what will take you into mastery and magic. Topics include:

Using the Seven Levels of Effectiveness to understand and shift our own and the group’s energetic impact.

Integrating right and left hemisphere strengths (and knowing what is needed for the group in different scenarios.)

Being stimulating without causing stress – leading in all ways from a place of “just right.”

Exploring our triggers, predictions and perspectives as a leader, and understanding how to recognize these and shift in the moment.

Working with challenging participants and situations while holding an “Above the Line” space energetically.

Using powerful archetypes to understand when we are at our most magical and engaging.
