Directory of Certified Coaches
All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. We’re very proud to recommend all our CNTCs as transformational coaches and experts in the neuroscience of human development. *in some rare cases, they may instead be trained as therapists — see individual information for more detail.
Neuroscience, Coaching and Relational Trauma Coaches have first completed classroom training with an ICF accredited coach training program or reasonable equivalent, but are not required to be certified or hold an ICF credential by the time they start this program. Upon successful completion of the program, coaches will receive a total of 33 ICF CCEUs: 20 for core competency and 13 for resource development.
After a double Master's degree in Management (EDHEC) / Finance (EADA), I worked for over 15 years in operational marketing / sales management in an International Retail environment. I enjoyed working in multicultural teams, leading audacious projects and ensuring my teams's personal growth. My career path is marked by 6 different new positions, including a return from abroad, a period of job hunting and 2 returns from maternity leave.
I’ve worked with passion and commitment. I learnt to adapt to constraints, to question myself. I have had moments of bliss and frustration. I identified my strengths, my tendencies under stress and how best to work with my thoughts/emotions. I adapted to the teams around me and was curious to understand their perspectives. I trained in coaching* to enhance my managerial skills. I seeked to gain in impact to have real added value.
Today, with this same desire for impact, I train and coach with heart, humor and spontaneity. Fascinated by neuroscience, I enthusiastically share my understanding of the brain to give even greater meaning to the work we do. I take great pleasure in accompanying my clients towards the transformation they desire.
