Directory of Certified Coaches

All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. We’re very proud to recommend all our CNTCs as transformational coaches and experts in the neuroscience of human development. *in some rare cases, they may instead be trained as therapists — see individual information for more detail.

Neuroscience, Coaching and Relational Trauma Coaches have first completed classroom training with an ICF accredited coach training program or reasonable equivalent, but are not required to be certified or hold an ICF credential by the time they start this program. Upon successful completion of the program, coaches will receive a total of 33 ICF CCEUs: 20 for core competency and 13 for resource development.

Elizabeth A. Luckman
Golden Mean Growth, LLC
Business Focus
Dr. Elizabeth Luckman is a leadership educator, professor, and Certified NeuroTransformational Coach who helps professionals navigate complexity with greater clarity, wisdom, and purpose. Integrating neuroscience, systems thinking, and reflective practice, she helps clients move beyond insight to create lasting change in how they live, work, and lead.

Dr. Elizabeth Luckman believes that meaningful growth begins long before a
new habit or action plan—it begins with seeing ourselves and our world differently.

As a Clinical Associate Professor of Business, leadership educator, and Certified NeuroTransformational Coach, Elizabeth helps professionals who are navigating change, uncertainty, leadership transitions, or the desire for something more intentional in their lives. Her coaching blends the science of the brain with systems thinking, reflective inquiry, and practical wisdom to help clients uncover patterns, challenge assumptions, and make choices that align with who they want to become.

Rather than offering quick answers or one-size-fits-all strategies, Elizabeth creates space for clients to think more deeply, understand themselves more fully, and develop sustainable ways of living and leading. Clients often leave coaching with greater clarity, stronger self-trust, and the confidence to take meaningful action—not because someone told them what to do, but because they discovered the wisdom that was already available within them.

Whether working with emerging leaders, experienced professionals, or people simply asking "What's next?", Elizabeth helps clients bridge the gap between insight and action so they can flourish both personally and professionally.
