The Role of Prediction and Emotion

Topics Include:

- Team and organization predictions vs. personal predictions
- Helping people manage stress and anxiety
- The role of the body budget

The Extended Mind

Topics Include:

- The power of relationship
- Moving things out of your mind – offloading strategies
- Trusting what your body knows

The Science of Intuition

Topics Include:

- How leaders can tap into and expand their intuition for greater effectiveness
- When and how to trust your “felt sense” of things
- What gets in the way of intuition and what does that cost from a leadership perspective?
- What’s the difference between intuition and reaction?

Managing the System and Culture

Topics Include:

- What is the under the surface operating system of our group of team? How to bring this into awareness and shift if needed
- The impact of the language of your group, team or organization
- Impacting the system whatever your role
- The intersection of personal and system responsibility

License

The fee for the Train the Trainer Expansion Pack includes a one-year license fee, renewable at $100 per topic or $350 for all four topics. License allows training to be offered within any organization or business except coach training or consulting, or as public offering to any audience except coaches and consultants.

Overview and Logistics

SESSION ONE – FOUR HOUR CLASS

*Session will be recorded for future reference

Prereading and prep
Ann and Ursula will lead process
Unpack with group, including how to expand for longer sessions

in between Sessions

Between Session One and Two, each participant will lead the topic with a friendly group and take notes on what worked, what didn’t work, questions, etc.

NO RECORDING REQUIRED, any group of 5-15 people is OK, as long as you don’t charge for it

Session two – Two Hour Class

Debrief leading experience
General Q and A with whole group

IMPORTANT NOTE: Attendance at both sessions and conducting a practice workshop in between is required to receive a license for the topic.
