Directory of Certified Coaches

All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. We’re very proud to recommend all our CNTCs as transformational coaches and experts in the neuroscience of human development. *in some rare cases, they may instead be trained as therapists — see individual information for more detail.

Neuroscience, Coaching and Relational Trauma Coaches have first completed classroom training with an ICF accredited coach training program or reasonable equivalent, but are not required to be certified or hold an ICF credential by the time they start this program. Upon successful completion of the program, coaches will receive a total of 33 ICF CCEUs: 20 for core competency and 13 for resource development.

Positive Communication Systems, LLC
Business Focus
Mardi Winder is a Strategic Divorce Consultant and Certified Relational Trauma Coach who helps women heal from the emotional impact of high-conflict relationships and divorce. Using neuroscience-based coaching, she empowers clients to rebuild confidence, regulate their nervous system, and create healthier relationships moving forward.

With more than 30 years of experience in conflict resolution, mediation, coaching, and leadership development, Mardi supports women before, during, and after divorce. She helps clients gain clarity, prepare for difficult conversations, navigate high-conflict situations, communicate more effectively, build the right professional team, make informed decisions, and develop practical strategies that reduce unnecessary emotional and financial stress throughout the divorce process.

Mardi also understands that while a divorce may be finalized, the emotional impact often continues long after the legal paperwork is complete. Many women leave high-conflict relationships questioning their judgment, struggling with anxiety, hypervigilance, self doubt, and a loss of confidence. Through neuroscience-informed relational trauma coaching, she helps clients understand how trauma affects the brain and nervous system, break free from unhealthy patterns, establish healthy boundaries, rebuild self trust, and create a life defined not by what happened to them, but by the strength, resilience, and confidence they discover within themselves.
