Dian has a background in IT consultancy, change management and HR. In her 31 years, she worked at Capgemini with several clients. Then she decided to leave and became an entrepreneur. Her core business is designing and facilitating leadership and change journeys. She is also an executive and talent coach. Transformational coaching neuroscience fits in well with this. Dian believes that there is a lot of untapped potential among professionals. Touching awareness and bringing new perspectives brings new insights, enriches.

As a lead facilitator/designer of leadership programs: She leads top talent programs as a facilitator, coach, program manager, and designer. These programs are often custom-built.
As a Co-Active coach: She is an ICF accredited (PCC). She coaches executives and talents. She facilitates Intervision coaching with professionals in corporate organizations as well as in scale-ups organizations.
As a Capgemini University Qualified Trainer: She leads a Leadership program for Emerging Leaders at the Capgemini University in Paris and delivers this program globally. The participants are emerging leaders from all over the world. She has led in India, Canada, Guatemala, the US, Hungary, Poland, and the UK. Capgemini is a worldwide 200,000+ employees IT company.
