Carolyn brings expertise in understanding the challenges and rewards of working in complex, global matrix organizations. Her work has deepened her knowledge and experience in cross-cultural interfacing (ethnic, professional and organizational cultures) and in business relationship development.
Since moving from the UK to Switzerland in 1987, her corporate work includes coaching global leaders and their teams, culture change and alignment, conflict mediation and cross-cultural communication. She works globally and supports businesses in maximize their diversity and ensuring commercial success by bringing about true change and transformation in leaders and their organizations.
Carolyn has held a number of senior positions in three major pharmaceutical companies, all concerned with leadership, change management, business processing and coaching. In addition she has been a senior consultant and mediator in Cross-Cultural Institute in Switzerland, which deepened her cultural sensitivity, skills and understanding. Her last position in the UK was Chief Executive Officer of a University Hospitals Unit, where she transformed the Unit from a government hospital environment into a business and customer oriented culture.
Carolyn has an honors degree in Psychology, is a member of the British Psychological Society, and of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. She is an Ontological Coach from Newfield Network Inc. (USA), a certified Somatic Coach from Strozzi Institute (USA) and a Certified Transformational Neuroscience Coach (CTNC) (USA).
