All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. Joni is a Master Certified Executive, Leadership and Team coach who has been working internationally since 2000 in Fortune 500 organizations, small to medium size businesses (SMEs) as well as the public sector.
She is a senior faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute and is trained in Organization and Relationship Systems coaching. She is passionate about working with purpose driven professionals who are called to make a meaningful contribution with intention and integrity.
Joni has degrees in psychology, sociology and journalism. She lives in Vancouver with her husband and two of their five children who are still in the nest.
