Directory of Certified Coaches

All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. We’re very proud to recommend all our CNTCs as transformational coaches and experts in the neuroscience of human development. *in some rare cases, they may instead be trained as therapists — see individual information for more detail.

Neuroscience, Coaching and Relational Trauma Coaches have first completed classroom training with an ICF accredited coach training program or reasonable equivalent, but are not required to be certified or hold an ICF credential by the time they start this program. Upon successful completion of the program, coaches will receive a total of 33 ICF CCEUs: 20 for core competency and 13 for resource development.

Business Focus
I am originally from France and have lived both in France and abroad, including Singapore (for 18 years), Scotland and China. Fluent in both French and English, I enjoy discovering, learning and continuing to grow (both personally and professionally). I recharge through nature, trail running, yoga (which I also teach) and meditation.

I find fulfillment in helping others grow, overcome challenges and achieve what truly matters to them. This became clear to me in 2010, a pivotal year during which I deeply questioned the meaning and purpose of my life.

That year, I began searching for tools to help me overcome professional burnout and navigate personal challenges. I was also deeply affected by supporting close friends who had experienced violence, one of whom nearly lost her life. These experiences strengthened my desire to understand what enables people to overcome adversity, rebuild themselves and thrive.

This led me to develop a strong interest in mindfulness and neuroscience and eventually to pursue formal training in these fields.

It was during my Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) training that I discovered coaching. I found an approach that was deeply aligned with my values; one that was so transformative and empowering.

Today, I support individuals who want to move forward, overcome obstacles and create a life that truly reflects who they are. I am particularly passionate about helping people rebuild after difficult experiences, regain confidence, reclaim their agency and move forward with greater freedom, peace and self-trust.

I also offer specialized support for individuals experiencing challenging relationships or situations involving abuse, coercive control or violence, providing a non-judgmental space.
