Directory of Certified Coaches

All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. We’re very proud to recommend all our CNTCs as transformational coaches and experts in the neuroscience of human development. *in some rare cases, they may instead be trained as therapists — see individual information for more detail.

Neuroscience, Coaching and Relational Trauma Coaches have first completed classroom training with an ICF accredited coach training program or reasonable equivalent, but are not required to be certified or hold an ICF credential by the time they start this program. Upon successful completion of the program, coaches will receive a total of 33 ICF CCEUs: 20 for core competency and 13 for resource development.

Business Focus
Jayne is a narrative life coach, ADHD coach, and communication coach dedicated to helping diverse individuals cut through the noise and rewrite their stories. Rooted in intersectional feminism and cultural sensitivity, she blends deep intuition with gentle guidance to help you find inner peace, unlock your strengths, and truly thrive.

She helps multicultural and neurodivergent individuals cut through external noise to reclaim their personal agency. Her deeply empathetic approach is rooted in her own lived experience navigating the world as a queer woman and an AuDHD undergraduate at MIT. Having faced systemic marginalization, language barriers, and profound burnout before uncovering her own resilience, Jayne provides the deep attunement and psychological safety she once needed herself.

As an ADHD coach, Jayne rejects toxic productivity frameworks and helps clients curate environments and skills that honor their unique neurotype and overall well-being. In her communication coaching, she focuses on helping clients uncover and confidently wield their own distinct communication styles. Jayne brings a rare blend of structural logic and delicate intuition to her practice; she is an autonomous vehicle engineer and the founder of a Mandarin-speaking feminist book club. Dedicated to a non-directive, attuned coaching style, Jayne empowers her clients to untangle past coping mechanisms, quiet the daily overwhelm, and step boldly into their true power.
