Kirk Fox is a certified executive coach (12 years) & senior leadership development facilitator (25+ years) .With an extensive background in adult learning and development, combined with over 30 years of business experience , in a variety of sectors, and 10 years in senior leadership roles, he brings a vast range of experience to his work.
Passionate about developing Leaders and Teams, Kirk has facilitated transformational leadership and management development programs, workshops and keynote talks with a focus on: emotional intelligence, communication skills, resilience, building trust, etc.
In his work as a certified executive coach, Kirk coaches’ senior executives, leaders and teams across diverse client groups, as previously mentioned. Kirk brings a unique and varied set of coaching skills and models, build on principles derived from the fields of leadership, change learning, psychology and neuroscience, to support clients to define their personal and professional vision, goals and priorities, and achieve desired transformation and sustained change that goes to the core of their ‘being’.
Kirk obtained his Executive Coaching certification and Mentor Coach certification through Royal Roads University (2013). Kirk is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds his PCC designation (Professional certified Coach) and is working toward his MCC (Master Certified Coach). He recently stepped down from the role of Director of Programming for the Toronto ICF chapter. Kirk is a certified emotional intelligence (EQi-2.0) practitioner, Leadership Circle 360 (LCP) practitioner and Personal Resilience Practitioner (Resilience Alliance). He is a member of the Institute for Performance and Learning, formally holding leadership roles within this organization. Kirk received his Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in psychology & sociology from the University of Alberta.

Kirk has worked as a coach and/or facilitator with all levels of government, private-sector clients across a diverse array of industries and areas including but not limited to healthcare, financial, telecom, biotech, pharmaceutical, consulting, manufacturing & distribution, publishing, retail, as well as non-profit organizations.
In his spare time, Kirk and his partner reside on a historical farm with their two dogs and have restored and transformed a 110-year-old barn into a community events space where they hold concerts, classes, and celebrations of all kinds.
