All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. Wendy obtained her Certified Human Resources Professional designation through the University of Western Ontario and Fanshawe College. Her more than 24 years of experience has enabled her to develop her skills in leadership development, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, recruitment strategies, succession planning and training. She is also well versed in the development of human resource policy. As a senior member of an executive team, she understands the challenges when your organization is not getting the results it desires.
Her extensive experience spans a broad range of sectors including business, health care, higher education, high tech, manufacturing, not for profit and social service organizations. Wendy specializes in coaching high potential, emerging leaders and teams in all sectors.
