As the Founder of Bos & Company Leadership Inc., a Leadership Coaching and Development firm, Carlo draws on close to a decade of experience coaching and assessing leaders and executives from a wide range of backgrounds. In addition to leading for BEabove, Carlo is also a faculty member for the globally-recognized Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Prior to starting Bos & Company, Carlo spent over 7 years as a part of the Leadership Solutions Team at Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions, one of Canada’s leading Human Capital companies. As a coach, Carlo is committed to helping his clients design and create the leadership and life they want – no kidding! His focus is on helping leaders develop personal mastery in mindset and leader behaviour, and then create impact, influence and results that are compelling and meaningful. His passion is to see his clients get clear on what matters most, “come clean” on the opportunities and issues in front of them, and then choose to lead in a way that inspires, empowers and calls others into intentional lives of leadership.
Prior to consulting, Carlo worked in a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Non-Profit, Sales and Marketing and Hospitality. He has degrees in Economics (Queen’s University) and Psychology (University of Toronto), and has taken coach training and leadership development from Corporate Coach University and the Coaches Training Institute. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), sits on the Board of Directors of Lakefield College School.
Carlo lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife and twin sons.
